AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to support nursing care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and implement individualized care plans. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to life-support requirements.

Makes appropriate decisions and implements interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
Sets measurable short and long-range goals for patients and develops individualized care plans.
Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care.
