Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional painting experience.
• Proficiency with airless/HVLP sprayers and masking.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working on ladders/scaffolds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; OSHA safety; full-time availability; team-oriented; EOE workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prep walls/ceilings: patch, sand, caulk, prime, and mask.
• Apply interior/exterior coatings (brush/roll/spray).
• Color matching and touch-ups; maintain clean sites.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with drywall and carpentry teams.
