Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Ability to pass background screening if required.

Responsibilities

• Washing, scraping, sanding, and priming surfaces.
• Caulking, sealing, masking, and covering techniques.
• Protecting client property and jobsite setup.
• Interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects.
• Cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting.
• Drywall patching and repair; texture matching; minor carpentry and trim repairs.
• Working in occupied commercial spaces following safety protocols and jobsite procedures.
