You’ll handle interior and exterior projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings, using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a full-time painting position.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work from ladders/elevated surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces (sanding, patching, masking) and apply paints, stains, and coatings.
• Use brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment per project needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and communicate professionally with customers or team members.

WHAT YOU'LL TACKLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED PAINTER

Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with overtime available and occasional weekend work as needed.

This role is meant for a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic environments where you're tackling a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You'll be responsible for fully preparing interior and exterior surfaces (sanding, patching, masking, and covering) and properly applying paints, stains, and specialty coatings. Using various brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment, you'll fulfill the unique needs of each project. You'll keep your work area safe, clean everything once finished, and professionally communicate with customers or team members.

BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of experience in a full-time painting position
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
• Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds and work from ladders/elevated surfaces
• Ability to travel throughout our service area, including Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Charlotte, and Mason

Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting would be helpful. Experience using airless spray, preparing surfaces, and applying specialty coatings is also beneficial. Our ideal Experienced Painter is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of completing high-quality work independently and with minimal supervision.
