Role: Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Salary: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including nights, rotating weekends, and rotating holidays

Responsibilities
- Triage patients and obtain thorough histories, vitals, and patient assessments
- Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care from intake through discharge
- Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and sample collection
- Monitor patients and provide supportive nursing care, including TPRs, pain scoring, and wound care
- Educate clients on patient care, medications, discharge instructions, and preventative care
- Support surgical and anesthesia procedures while maintaining excellent patient safety standards
Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred
- Experienced veterinary assistant or technician candidates are welcome
- Strong technical skills, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory procedures
- Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Professional, compassionate, and team‑oriented attitude
- Strong communication and client service skills
