Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• RN license in state or compact state required.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and physician orders.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
