Local candidates only; no relocations. College education is required, with full-time, live-out hours including weekday afternoon and evening coverage. Travel with the family to Long Island is possible during the school year and summers.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional nanny experience and strong references.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong swimmer who can take part in vigorous physical activity with the children.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Attentive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Calm and adaptable when plans change.
• College education.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care and guide the children’s daily routines.
