Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience caring for young children in private homes and/or exceptional early childhood settings
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle
• Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in English
• Successful background check
• Willingness to work when child is mildly ill
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (NDA) and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities indoors and outdoors
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, support bath time, evening routines, and bedtime
• Communicate proactively with parents about routines and noteworthy items
• Organize child-related spaces, clothing, toys, and gear; handle light tidying
• Assist with child-related groceries, supplies, and errands; anticipate needs
• Collaborate with parents and existing childcare support
