Job Overview

Looking for an Experienced Draftsman, either at the Edgewater or Jacksonville office. We have two offices: able to work at either location.

Jacksonville Office: 4836 Safe Harbor Way, Jacksonville, FL 32226. Edgewater Office: 3625 US Highway 1, Edgewater, FL 32141.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction drawings and plan sets for marine and waterfront projects.
• Prepare site plans, structural details, and permit drawings.
• Revise and update plans based on engineering and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar drafting software.
• Experience with marine construction, seawalls, docks, bulkheads, boat lifts, or waterfront structures preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local permitting requirements is a plus.
