Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical systems.
• Understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures and techniques.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and make necessary repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance measures to keep equipment running smoothly and reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
