Job summary

Easlan Management Company in Greenville, SC is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments. You will handle maintenance requests, perform repairs, prepare units for new residents, and uphold property upkeep.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience; EPA 608 certification is required; CPO is preferred. Strong communication, reliability, and a professional appearance are expected, with the ability to lift 50 lbs

  • EPA 608 Certification required.
  • CPO certification preferred.
  • Apartment maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
  • Perform repairs in vacated and occupied units (HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain property appearance, including exterior upkeep and curb appeal.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers.

Maintenance Technician – Easlan Management Company (Greenville, SC)

Easlan Management Company, headquartered in Greenville, SC, has been a leader in the multi-family housing industry since 1987. The company is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value through trust, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Easlan is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments. This role involves handling maintenance requests, performing repairs, preparing apartment units for new residents, and ensuring overall property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
  • Perform repairs in vacated and occupied units (HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain property appearance, including exterior upkeep and curb appeal
  • Assist with apartment turnovers
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-call availability required for emergencies
  • Occasional weekend work
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
  • EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
  • CPO certification preferred
  • Apartment maintenance experience required
