Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps our community in top condition and our residents smiling:

  • Lead and inspire the maintenance team to deliver outstanding, timely service.
  • Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs with precision and care.
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Oversee contractors and vendors on capital improvements and renovation projects.
  • Maintain exceptional curb appeal and ensure all physical aspects of the community meet Premier Living’s high standards.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to track work orders, budgets, and inventory efficiently.
  • Adhere to fair housing regulations.
  • Facilitate on-call responsibilities in a rotation schedule as needed.
Qualifications
  • EPA Type II HVAC Certification (required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you set the tone for quality and teamwork.
  • Proven experience in apartment, commercial, or facilities maintenance and a make-ready process for unit turnover.
  • Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A professional, courteous approach that builds trust with residents and teammates alike.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft applications, property management software, Yardi preferrable.

Compensation

$28- $32 yearly
