Overview

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists who can take ownership of machines, setups, and production quality. This role is ideal for someone who is not only capable of running parts, but also setting up jobs, touching off tools, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

You will play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and maintaining the standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full machine setups including workholding, tooling, and offsets
• Touch off tools and make necessary adjustments during production
• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Makino, Mori Seiki experience preferred)
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with programmers, quality, and leadership
