Qualifications

• Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• 2+ years nursing experience (Level II only).
• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice per Ohio board of nursing.
• Ability to maintain PHI per UH policies and procedures.
