Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin nursing license required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure that nursing personnel comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staffing planning, shift service coordination, and quality assurance activities.
• Greet and orient new residents, coordinate care plans, and monitor resident condition with the RN on call.
