Qualifications

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred) in civil litigation.
• Experience handling real estate matters is highly valued.
• Proficiency with case management software such as File Vine or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, staff and courts.
• On-site in Naples, Florida with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Document Drafting: Prepare, draft, and review pleadings, motions, discovery materials and other filings.
• Case Management: Maintain case files, evidence, and correspondence for attorneys.
• Real Estate & Special Matters: Assist with foreclosures, title issues, probate-related matters.
• Legal Research: Conduct research and prepare memoranda to support strategies.
• Client Interaction: Build relationships with clients and provide timely updates.
• Calendar Coordination: Schedule hearings, depositions, trial prep, and deadlines.
• Administrative Support: Provide executive support to firm leadership as needed.
