Job summary

Cypress Cove in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare made-from-scratch meals and plate foods under the chef's guidance in a high-volume kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years on-line cook at sauté and grill stations, strong food-safety knowledge, and a team-player attitude. We offer a stable, growth-oriented environment with no late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven experience working both the Sauté and Grill stations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle.
• Plates prepared foods based on the chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
