In this hybrid role, you will have an opportunity to help mentor our sales team while working on your own prospects. The perfect candidate will have several years as a successful licensed producer, along with excellent leadership skills and a desire to do both! You will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
