This full-time role requires a self-starter with turf knowledge, strong customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality. You’ll work onsite with a team that values precision and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in turf management, lawn care, or landscaping is preferred.
• Solid understanding of turf pests, diseases, soil health, and proper treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with turf application equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet service targets.
• Indiana pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; turf-related education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check as part of the onboarding process.

• Conduct soil sampling and analysis to recommend treatment solutions.

• Communicate with clients about turf conditions, progress, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and application logs.
• Stay up to date on turf management best practices and product innovations.
