The ideal candidate will manage turf applications, pest and disease control, soil sampling, and log accurate records while collaborating with the team to uphold high standards of turf health and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Indiana pesticide applicator license required or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; turf-related education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in turf management or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine turf maintenance per Lawn Treatment Program.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides per regulations and schedules.
• Conduct soil sampling and analysis for treatment recommendations.
• Operate and maintain turf equipment safely.
• Diagnose turf pests, diseases, and stress conditions.
• Communicate with clients about turf conditions and recommendations.
• Maintain service records and application logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine turf maintenance services aligned with the company’s Lawn Treatment Program.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides per state regulations and company schedules.
• Conduct soil sampling and analysis to recommend treatment solutions.

• Diagnose and address turf pests, diseases, and stress conditions.

• Stay up to date on turf management best practices and product innovations.

Qualifications

• Experience in turf management, lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of turf pests, diseases, soil health, and proper treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with turf application equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet service targets.
• Indiana pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; turf-related education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check as part of the onboarding process.
