BrightView Landscapes in GRAND RAPIDS is seeking an EXPERIENCED Landscaping Crew Leader to guide on-site teams and drive successful project execution.

This is not an entry-level role; applicants must have at least one year of Landscaping Crew Leader experience and a valid Chauffeur’s license. A pesticide license is preferred, and all hires undergo background and driving checks during the hiring process.

• At least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader experience with verifiable reference.
• Current State pesticide license preferred.
• Chauffeur’s license is required for this position.

This is NOT an entry level position and requires at least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader work experience at a Company we can contact to verify!

RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING at $16 PER HOUR.

If your resume does not show LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER EXPERIENCE; your Application WILL BE REJECTED - make sure your Landscaping Crew Leader work experience is on your resume. Applications without Resumes WILL BE REJECTED.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader experience in the last 3 years
• Current State Pesticide License (preferred)
• Chauffer’s License is a must for this position

Mandatory Checks

• Successful candidates will undergo a Criminal Background Check, Driving Records Check, and MDOT Medical Physical (includes a Drug Test) as part of the hiring process

Rate of Pay:

Compensation is dependent upon your valuable previous work experience, and the details will be discussed during the interview process.
