We are growing fast and looking for people who can show up, work hard, take pride in clean work, and be part of a strong team. If that sounds like you, your next opportunity is right here!!

Responsibilities
  • Bring landscapes to life: You will design, build, and take care of commercial yards based on what the client wants.
  • Prep the ground: You’ll check out the dirt, prep the soil, and make sure plants have what they need to thrive.
  • Run the gear: Safely use and look after mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
  • Plant care: Trim, prune, and fertilize trees and bushes so they look sharp and grow healthy.
  • Work with the team & clients: Chat with clients and managers to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
  • Yard defense: Spot and treat weeds, plant diseases, and pests before they ruin a property.
  • Keep it safe: Follow safety rules to keep yourself, the crew, and the environment safe.
  • Help others grow: Help train and teach newer crew members so the whole team gets better together.
What we’re looking for
  • The Right Experience: You've done real landscaping work before and can show us what you've built or maintained.
  • Plant & Soil Know-How: You understand plants, soil, fertilizer, and how to take care of them.
  • Tool Skills: You know how to safely run mowers, trimmers, tillers, and other yard gear.
  • Physical Stamina: You’re fit enough to work hard outside in the Arkansas heat, cold, or rain.
  • Good Communicator: You are easy to talk to, work well with a crew, and can chat with clients professionally.
  • Sharp Eye for Detail: You notice the little things, solve problems on the fly, and leave jobs looking clean.
  • Ride & License: You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to different job sites.
  • Bonus Points: Any official training or certifications in landscaping/horticulture are a huge plus (but not required).
Pay & Benefits
  • Steady Income: $800 per week base salary (Full-Time)
  • Performance Bonuses: Extra pay opportunities for hitting targets and doing great work.
  • Profit Sharing: A real stake in the company’s financial success.
  • Growth Rewards: Bonus potential for bringing in new properties and optional sales upside.
The Opportunity
  • Real Career Path: Clear room to step up into larger leadership roles.
  • Build Something Big: The unique opportunity to help build and grow a company from the ground up.
  • Active Environment: A healthy, fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
  • Big Earning Potential: Long-term financial upside for top performers who stick with us and deliver.
