Job summary

Midwest Landscapes is hiring experienced team players for our Landscape & Irrigation crews. Your day starts at our shop with a quick morning meeting, then you’ll head out with your crew to bring high-quality projects to life.

We’re seeking punctual, confident, team-oriented professionals who are driven and who communicate well with crew leaders and managers. Seasonal extended hours and union benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven landscape or irrigation experience required.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including some Saturdays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication with crew leaders.

Are you experienced, hardworking, and ready to grow your career with a company that values its people? Midwest Landscapes is looking for motivated, energetic and experienced team players to join our Landscape & Irrigation crews.

Your day starts at our shop with a quick morning meeting, then you’ll head out with your crew to bring high-quality projects to life. We’re looking for professionals who are punctual, confident, team-oriented, and driven—leaders who set a positive example every day.

Please note: Landscape crew members are part of the 563 Laborers’ Union. We are seeking experienced crew members only.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
• Previous landscape or irrigation experience required
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week (including some Saturdays)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, etc.)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive motions (shoveling, planting, pruning, hauling, lifting, moving from a kneeling position to standing multiple times a day etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Solid communication skills with crew leaders, managers, and teammates
