ALPHA Landscapes is seeking an all-star landscape construction foreman to lead crews on commercial projects in Johnston, Iowa. This 100% new-construction focused firm works with top general contractors and developers and emphasizes teamwork and professional growth.

Typical hours are 40-60 per week from March to December, with 20+ hours in the off-season. Wages start at $23-$26 per hour, with earning potential upwards of $30+ per hour for strong performers.

ALPHA Landscapes is a 100% new-construction focused landscape firm working with the top general contractors and developers in the area. ALPHA Landscapes started with a pickup truck and a wheelbarrow in 2018 and has now grown into the largest commercial landscape construction firm in Iowa with top of the line trucks and equipment, and 50+ employees operating out of our Johnston office.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, yet stable company, with typical hours between 40-60 weekly, March-December (20+ average in off-season) pay starting at $23-26/hr, with earning potential upwards of $30+/hr

The ideal applicant should have the following at minimum:

• 3+ Years landscape/construction experience, with at least 1 year in a foreman position.
• Landscape/planting/hardscape knowledge
• Time management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
