Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience, along with required certifications and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS Certification required.
• NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring preferred.
• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and care for patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs.
• Assist physicians during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide postpartum and newborn care.
• Educate patients and families on care.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team.
