Job summary

Mancan Staffing is hiring an experienced Injection Mold Machine Operator in Akron, OH. The role runs Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, starting at $19.50/hr with potential higher pay based on experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of mold machine operating experience and the ability to read blueprints. Responsibilities include setup, operation, quality checks, and basic assembly tasks as required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of mold machine operating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection-molding machine utilizing tools of the trade including hand tools for set up.
• Read shop orders, drawings and tolerances; follow molding work instructions.
• Perform product assembly, inspection tests and package product.
• Follow safety procedures and standard molding practices.
• Weight and measure parts using industry tools and devices.
• Prepare electrical components and connectors as needed and assemble hardware.
