The Learning Experience - North American - Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create welcoming classrooms, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and partner with families to support a thriving learning environment.

You will contribute to ongoing staff development and have opportunities for career growth within a state-of-the-art program, with competitive benefits and a positive, child-centered culture.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or High school diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication with parents and teamwork.
