The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the developmental needs of infants.

Responsibilities include providing loving care to infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months, planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean classroom, and following daily schedules.

Formación

• Experience working with infants (6 weeks–12 months) is preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and fostering development.

• Provide loving, attentive care to infants (6 weeks–12 months).
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime.
• Observe and document developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s daily activities and progress.
• Follow all state licensing and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
