Job summary

Jack Hornsby Electric, Inc. is hiring experienced commercial and industrial electricians for local West Tennessee projects. Work is on-site with no overnight travel, Monday–Friday days, and overtime opportunities to increase earnings.

Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $34.00 hourly based on experience, with overtime available and a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and dependable teamwork on healthcare, industrial, and large-scale commercial builds.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently in the field.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and site organization.
• Reliable team player with good communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial electrical construction and maintenance work.
• Complete commercial installations, including healthcare environments.
• Work on plan & spec projects with an established project backlog.

Our work includes healthcare facilities, industrial manufacturing environments, and large-scale commercial projects. You'll find our team on sites such as Kirkland Cancer Center, Ballad Health Micro Hospital, Georgia-Pacific, Novalex / Duro, and Pope K-8 School. From industrial maintenance to plan & spec construction, we maintain a consistent pipeline of work that supports long-term stability.
