Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to clients in their own homes. You will be matched with nearby clients and have opportunities for flexible shifts, orientation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is required.
• Kind, compassionate, and positive personality.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Memory Care (Alzheimer’s and Dementia) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish and maintain professional communication with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
