Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced ICU RN for the Cardiac ICU on a full-time night shift in Overland, Missouri. The role involves delivering direct patient care using the nursing process and coordinating multidisciplinary care until shift completion.

Competent in maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, with a focus on Mercy Service Standards and team collaboration. BLS certification is required, with licensure maintained in the state or compact region.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required and must maintain licensure in hiring state/compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Friday-Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am

$20/hr WEO Differential

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:

Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
