Frost Bite AC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Naples, FL to join our family-owned team. You will diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems across residential, multi-family, and select commercial settings while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable HVAC field experience.
• Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (Type II minimum).
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and unwavering integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems in residential and multi-family properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Communicate performance, options, and maintenance requirements to customers.
• Keep logs and inventory using Service Fusion.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and follow safety rules.
