Job summary

Lane Valente Industries in the United States is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to service equipment on client sites, diagnose issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on field work and strong safety practices.The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, is comfortable traveling to site locations, and can perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools per blueprints or engineering specs.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose and repair systems at the customer site.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements and modifications as requested by customers.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining layout, gathering materials and coordinating work.
• Inspect vehicles and maintain service records; ensure cleanliness.
• Document work and maintain files; provide direct customer contact on site.
• Determine parts to order and track costs; turnaround paperwork and reports promptly.
• Keep current on products related to installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair.
