Job summary

Heating + Air Paramedics is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair residential and commercial systems. You’ll ensure efficient operation, diagnose issues, and recommend energy-saving upgrades while maintaining safety and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, EPA certification, strong technical knowledge, and the stamina to lift equipment. We offer training, team support, and a path for career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation units.
  • Perform system inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and malfunctions.
  • Replace or repair defective components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components.
  • Evaluate and advise clients on energy-efficient and cost-effective HVAC upgrades and replacements.
  • Complete service reports, including documenting work performed and parts used.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate with clients to provide service updates, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively to maintain comfortable and healthy indoor environments. Compensation: $25.00 per hour
