What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system performance checks
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Recommend repair vs. replacement options with confidence
• Maintain clean, accurate job documentation
• Support and mentor newer technicians as needed
• Communicate with leadership on parts, pricing, and field insights

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional evenings or weekends based on demand

What You Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification, strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and system layouts
• Ability to guide customers through repair decisions
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Solid communication and professionalism in the field
• Willingness to grow into leadership or mentorship responsibilities

Solid Plus (Not Required)

• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• HVAC school or formal training background
• Experience with air balancing and sheet metal basics
• Ability to operate lifts safely
• Personal hand tools
