ARS-Rescue Rooter in Garner, NC is hiring licensed Service Technicians for residential HVAC service. This full‑time role offers year‑round work, with pay from $60,000 to $100,000 plus commission and a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.

You will troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with full training and a supportive leadership network. Requirements include 2 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification (or the ability to obtain it), a valid license

• EPA certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
