Celtic Air in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems with workmanship and professionalism. You will work directly with homeowners, representing Celtic Air with courtesy and clear communication.

Compensation and Growth
Celtic Air offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, and performance, along with performance-based spiffs that reward strong results. We invest in our technicians through ongoing training, hands-on support, and opportunities to expand their skill set and grow their career over time.

About the Role
In this position, you will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of workmanship and professionalism. You will work directly with homeowners, representing Celtic Air with courtesy, confidence, and strong communication. Success in this role comes from taking ownership of your work, following proven processes, and collaborating with a team that values consistency and accountability.

What You'll Do
Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems while maintaining quality and efficiency; communicate clearly with customers on findings and recommendations, complete work in alignment with company standards and best practices, maintain a professional appearance and preparedness each day, and work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure a smooth, well-supported schedule.
