Job summary

Eastergard HVAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems, delivering high-quality customer experiences, and supporting training for other technicians.

Work hours are 7:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation. Compensation includes up to $40.00 per hour, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000, with top earners reaching $125k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 3+ years' experience in HVAC.
• Refrigeration experience is a big plus.
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
• Assist with training other Service Technicians.

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other Service Technicians.

Work Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday through Friday, on-call rotation

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience + Benefits
