CSA is a family run business specializing in new residential HVAC. We are looking for experienced HVAC installers and technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications and building codes.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge/ aptitude.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
• At least 1-4 years of experience, with a preference for consistent experience with at least one former place of employment
• EPA and RMGA certifications
• Experience installing duct work
• Can count and calculate CFM

Pay Scale

• $25 - $30 depending on experience

A background check may not disqualify you for this position. Basic hand tools are required, but can be purchased through us. Power tools are supplied by the company as needed.
