Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning in the Greater Orlando Area is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer. You will install residential and light commercial air conditioning systems to our high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on installation experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing air conditioning units.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems and testing devices.
• Proficient in ductwork design, fabrication, and installation.
• Ability to test and balance systems and ensure code compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Experienced HVAC Installer (Residential & Light Commercial)

We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer who is a self-starter, driven, and ready to deliver high-quality installations.

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime as needed)

Position Summary:

Responsible for installing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing customers with an outstanding experience.

Required Qualifications:

• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to consult on issues and provide beneficial solutions
• Willingness to invest in personal tools and continue developing skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working on communicating / inverter systems is a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
