Merry Maids is seeking a Professional House Cleaner for our West Palm Beach, FL franchise to visit customers’ homes and deliver high-quality cleaning services using company products and methods. The role emphasizes consistency, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning various surfaces, moving furniture as needed, and maintaining supplies while upholding a positive, team-oriented work environment. Flexible scheduling and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in environments with pet hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job site.
• Regular physical activity, including bending, lifting, and standing.

• Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors. Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture.
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes.
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and punctuality (being in uniform, dependable and on time).
