Job summary

Mr. Handyman (New) is seeking an experienced handyman with 10+ years of hands-on home-repair work. You bring your own tools, a valid license, and reliable transportation to handle a variety of tasks across carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim, flooring, tile, decks, and light plumbing/electrical.

This role offers steady, year-round work with a Monday–Friday day shift and a company van. You’ll be paid hourly based on experience, with opportunities for tips and bonuses as you keep

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on handyman or home repair experience.
• Own your basic tools and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Live in Northern Virginia and be able to commute to job sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of home repairs: carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim, flooring and tile, and deck/fence repairs.
• Perform light plumbing and light electrical work as needed.
• Remodeling and other general home repair tasks to keep homes looking and functioning well.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and respect the customer's home.

$25–$45+ Per Hour • Company Van • Steady Year-Round Work • Monday–Friday

We're looking for an experienced handyman who knows the trade and knows how to get the job done.

You've been doing this for 10+ years.

You've built things. Fixed things. Remodeled things. Figured out problems that didn't come with instructions.

That's the kind of experience we're looking for.

YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX IT

We're looking for someone who can handle a variety of home repairs:

• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Doors and trim
• Flooring and tile
• Deck and fence repairs
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Remodeling
• General home repairs

You don't have to know everything.

You do need to know your way around a house.

When you walk through the door you should be able to look at the problem and know where to start.

EXPERIENCE COUNTS
