Job summary

One You Love Homcare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical home care in the Lakewood area. You will help clients maintain independence, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and support families with personalized care plans.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible scheduling is available, with shifts spanning days, evenings, weekends, and overnights as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home care experience is preferred.
• State certification/licensing may be required where applicable.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Follow infection control protocols and care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Document all tasks and clock in/out.
