Job summary

A heavy construction company is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators near Macon, GA. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment and a valid driver's license. The role requires compliance with safety policies, routine maintenance checks, and the ability to perform strenuous activities in varying conditions. Competitive salary based on experience. Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to climb in and out of equipment unassisted.
• Frequently lift 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and site specific policies and procedures.
• Safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
