Brothers That Just Do Gutters - West Chester is seeking an experienced gutter installer to join our growing team in Chester County. With 2+ years in gutter installation, you will work outdoors on K-style and half-round gutters, interacting with clients and fellow installers while upholding our service standards.

This role offers a clear path for advancement, a potential sign-on bonus, performance-based pay, and access to a structured training program to lead projects in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of gutter installation experience (K-style & half round).
• Positive attitude and willingness to adopt company methods.
• Willingness to train apprentice installers when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driverss license.
• Must pass PA Medical Exam and drug test as required to drive US DOT vehicles.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
• A positive attitude
• Open to learn The Brothers that just do Gutters ways of working and train apprentice installers when necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Experienced Gutter Installer Compensation:

Minimum Hourly Earnings of $21 - 30/hour with unlimited potential on commission.

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:

• Construction/Gutters: 2+ years
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing and able to pass Pennsylvania Medical Exam and drug test as required to drive US DOT registered vehicles (CDL NOT required).
