This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements:

1. 2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
2. Positive attitude
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation: $60,000-90,000/year - Salary commensurate with experience. Paid Holidays, Paid vacation, Paid for Performance.

Required experience:

1. Construction/Carpentry: 2 years
2. Must be 18 or older
3. Must have a valid driver's license
4. Must have reliable transportation
