Job summary

GlobalProcure is seeking an experienced Glazier to join our Akron, Ohio team. You will measure, cut, install, and replace glass and related materials in various structures, ensuring precision and safety. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of glazing experience, reads blueprints, and can lift heavy objects as needed. Salary is negotiable and located in Akron with accommodation available if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Glazier.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut glass to specified dimensions.
• Install glass in windows, doors, skylights and other structures.
• Replace broken or damaged glass.
• Fabricate and install metal frames for windows and other structures.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
