Qualifications

• Professional nanny or childcare experience with infants and toddlers is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to a long-term position.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for a 1-year-old.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, outings, and play.
• Support developmental milestones and early learning.
• Establish daily routines around meals, naps, play, and activities.
• Create a safe, calm, nurturing environment.
• Encourage independence and social skills.
• Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks.
• Handle feeding tasks and bottles.
• Keep child’s spaces neat and organized.
• Laundry related to the child when needed.
• Maintain a tidy environment throughout the day.

Location: Katy, TX
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours:45 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for a 1-year-old
• Plan and engage the child in age-appropriate activities, outings, and play
• Support developmental milestones, language and speech development, emotional regulation, and early learning
• Establish and maintain consistent daily routines around meals, naps, play, and activities
• Create a safe, calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Encourage age-appropriate independence, social skills, and positive behavior
• Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks
• Handle bottles and other feeding-related tasks
• Keep the child's bedroom, play areas, and common areas neat and organized
• Clean bottles, dishes, and items used by the child
• Handle light child-related laundry and organization
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment throughout the child's day

Requirements:

• Professional nanny or childcare experience with infants and toddlers is required
• Strong understanding of infant and toddler development
• Warm, nurturing, patient, and highly attentive
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to a long-term position
• Proactive and capable of taking initiative throughout the day
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to working with parents
