Job summary

Floor Interior Services is seeking experienced flooring subcontractors who own their own business and are insured to partner with us on ongoing projects in Florida. This is for independent installers with proven installation experience across carpet, vinyl, tile and hard surfaces.

You’ll operate as a business owner, running your own crew or solo, with weekly pay for completed work and a steady, full-week workload. Company shirts are provided and support is available during work hours.

Qualifications

• Established flooring installation experience (Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Hard Surface).
• Registered business (SunBiz in Florida or equivalent).
• General Liability + required insurance coverage.
• Own truck/van and professional tools.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Professional communication with customers (English).
• Preferred LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications (optional).
• Worker’s Comp or exemption (optional).
