Qualifications

• Must have previous finish caulking experience.
• Experience with waterproofing and sealant applications preferred.
• Ability to produce clean, professional-quality finished work.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated areas as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects.
• Apply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building components.
• Remove and replace existing caulking and sealants as needed.
• Properly prepare and clean surfaces before application.
• Produce clean, consistent, finished caulk lines.
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
